1. Eligibility

✔ Contestants grant MyDream Bikini Universe the right to use their name, photos, and videos for promotional purposes.

4. Event Rules & Judging

✔ All decisions made by the judges are final and binding.
✔ Criteria for judging will be shared before the event, and no disputes will be entertained regarding results.
✔ Contestants must attend all mandatory rehearsals, photoshoots, and scheduled activities.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

✔ All content, logos, images, and branding related to MyDream Bikini Universe are the exclusive property of MyDream Global Foundation.
✔ Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content is strictly prohibited.

6. Liability & Disclaimer

✔ Participants take part in MyDream Bikini Universe at their own risk.
✔ The organizers are not responsible for personal injuries, lost items, travel delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
✔ MyDream Bikini Universe reserves the right to modify event details or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances.

7. Disqualification & Code of Conduct

✔ Any participant who violates the rules, provides false information, or engages in misconduct may be disqualified.
✔ No refunds will be provided for disqualified contestants.

8. Privacy Policy Compliance

✔ By participating, contestants agree to our Privacy Policy regarding data collection, media usage, and promotional activities.
